The band does live performances for Salesforce Events. For any event that the band participates in, there are sponsorship opportunities.
For all levels a max out of pocket cost will be quoted. The quote will be valid for the term listed in the quote. The reason for the time limit is due to airfare cost fluctuations. We define a max out of pocket, so that the sponsor is only ‘charged’ for costs incurred with valid receipts. An invoice is submitted at the end of the event for payment back to the band.
Each event sponsor is provided with full band and karaoke band options. The difference will be inclusive of vendor equipment requirements and the number of band member transport. The quote also contains the songs available for production based on the selection(s) made.
Sponsorship levels are defined below:
Exclusive Show Promotion
This includes a “Brought to you by + your logo” on all published material for the show. {website (events & Apex), if applicable show printed material where the band is featured, Facebook posts, etc}. Twitter handle announcements featuring your company handle. During the band performance an intro announcement done by your onsite event staff (if applicable) and the opportunity to display a digital logo if the space allows.
What are the requirements? Flight, hotel, airport transport, and meals for number of band members selected.
Shared Show Promotion
For items in this category, it is assumed that there are no more than four sponsors. This includes a “Brought to you by + your logo” on all digital material for the show. {website (events & Apex), Facebook posts, etc}. Twitter handle announcements featuring your company handle.
What are the requirements? Flight, hotel, airport transport, and meals for number band members selected split equally among the sponsors.
